The Freemax Starlux 40W vape kit is a good option for vapers looking for an easy introduction to sub ohm kits. It’s powered by a built-in 1400mAh battery, so you can spend more time vaping in between charges. This kit features a power output of 40W and includes two sub ohm coils, making it ideal for DTL (Direct To Lung) vaping. It can also support an RDTL (Restricted Direct To Lung) draw, so you have a choice of inhale styles for a vape that suits you. In addition to the coils, you’ll find a 2ml Starlux pod to help you get started.

The Starlux 40W offers both button and inhale activation. Simply click the firing button four times to turn the button-activated mode on or off. Alternatively, you can just take a puff on the mouthpiece and the device will automatically produce vapour. It’ll create large clouds for an authentic DTL vape, but you can also use the airflow control slider near the top for an RDTL inhale with a moderate amount of vapour and a slightly tighter draw. This choice of different inhale styles gives you more control over how you vape.

The kit includes a top-filling pod that will hold up to 2ml of e-liquid and is easily refilled by sliding the top cap back. There’s also a replaceable 510 drip tip that’s ergonomically shaped for extra comfort. Thanks to their mesh design, the included coils heat up more e-liquid at a faster rate for better flavour and increased vapour production. For best results from either of the included coils, we’d recommend an e-liquid with a 70% VG concentration or higher VG options.
